Thank you for purchasing your BMP slip-on exhaust! Our exhausts are made in the USA from high-quality materials and are dyno and field-tested for maximum performance and a great sound. This exhaust accepts a 2.5” Polaris spark arrestor which is available from BMP. We also highly recommend our custom tuning loaded via the Bully Dog GT for maximum performance gains. IMPORTANT - Read the entire instructions before proceeding. If any of it does not make sense or is not in your skillset, please have an experienced technician perform the install.


1. Remove your factory muffler by unbolting the spring bolt flanges to the header and disconnecting all other springs on the muffler body.

2. Using the supplied spring plate and bolts, bolt the spring plate in place as shown in the images below. This spring plate is better for longevity as the factory spring bolts are known to seize and break off inside the header.

3. Install your BMP muffler and mid-pipe in place making sure all hanging brackets are properly in place. See spring locations below.

4. Go ride!
